3CX Compact Backhoe Loader
JCB pioneered the backhoe loader concept in 1953, introducing many innovative features to the market. And, in a rapidly changing world, our new 3CX Compact tool carrier represents the latest in backhoe innovation.
The JCB 3CX Compact backhoe is a highly versatile, manoeuvrable machine that specialises in a wide variety of duties in urban and limited-space environments.
Designed to give you big performance in small areas, it’s perfect for urban working and restricted construction sites. A tight turning circle and switchable steering modes allow it to work in a single carriageway with minimum disruption and maximum productivity. Ease of use, controllability and legendary JCB build quality is also standard on the 3CX Compact tool carrier.
Easier to Operate
Three-speed controls allow the correct speed to be selected simply at the touch of a button on the JCB 3CX Compact tool carrier. Excavator-style controls are fitted as standard, providing ease of use and controllability.
A fully adjustable air-suspension seat provides fatigue free all-day operation for your backhoe operators. During roading and loading, the 3CX Compact tool carriers's front dash-mounted display provides all the information you need.
More Compact
At only 1.95m wide, the 3CX Compact tool carrier is almost half a metre narrower than a standard backhoe (attachment dependant). And a 2.74m travel height allows this tool carrier to access even tighter spaces still.
A sub-3m height unlocks a whole new range of previously inaccessible work sites for you, such as low level buildings and basements.
Its narrow width makes the 3CX Compact tool carrier from JCB ideal for entering gardens, parks and small construction sites with restricted access. When everything is taken into account, this machine is 35% smaller than a standard backhoe.
